This video made me laugh in a sad, frustrated understanding. I'm only 22, but I've been on the other end of a lot of CSR lines in my day. Ugh. It's not Verizon, it's everybody.

I love this video. Somewhere around the internets you can find the full, uncut version of the conversation. He goes through about three levels of "customer service" before ending up with the lady at the end. I still astonishes me how he can take them from 1 dollar not equal to 1 cent, .5 dollars not equal to .5 cent, and they lose him when he gets to .002 dollars not equal to .002 cents. ARGH! I WILL FIX YOU, AMERICAN EDUCATION SYSTEM!
